A "suntacular" weekend!

We went to Home Depot to buy some poo for the plants.
Poo makes the plants smile!
We celebrated the return of the hose to the garden!
...and filled the pool!

We took all of our toys outside and hid them in the bushes......no peeking, this is a secret hiding spot!

We rolled in the cut grass!

We went for a walk with our smiley pal, Samson.
All in all, it was a pretty GREAT weekend!

Earthborn Holistic Treats for Earth Dogs!

Look what the Fed Ex man brought!
We found the box before mom did...BOL!
just perfect for EARTH DOGS like us!
Whadda ya think, Tegan?

Earthborn Holistic EarthBites Skin and Coat moist treats smell good and look good.  Mom approves of the ingredients.  The balanced ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids plays a vital role in healthy skin, hair coat and immune function.
"These treats will most likely make me even MORE handsome!"
  • Made with real molasses, honey and maple syrup
  • Contains lean whitefish and salmon meal proteins blended with peas, apples, blueberries, carrots and spinach for high palatability
  • Made without grain or gluten in the USA

Mom used these treats to get us to help around the garden.
To tell the truth, Mom used these treats to get us to STOP helping around the garden!

(We received this item free of charge from Chewy.com in exchange for our honest review.)
    (Honestly, we LOVED every bite!)

    The Terrier Tug Boat

Welcome to the Terrier Tug Boat!
Terriers and their owners cruised the Willamette River!
Captain John was teaching me important navigation techniques.
It was all going so swimmingly, until I turned off the depth finder thingy with my butt....Ooops!
Okay, so I flunked my way out of the helm........What's for lunch?
Here are a few of my onboard Airedale pals, Oley, Girti and Girti's mom.

Border Terrier 'Sadie' and her mom.
Daisy and Tugger got to ride up front with their people!
    I had to bring Tegan......

    .....and my mom.
(Dad was there too, in the helm of the tug, teaching Tegan how to steer the boat!)

    The long road to Spring

Here in the Northwest, we are setting records for rainfall.
Soggy Seattle has broken the record with 44.7 inches of rain between October and April.
Portland is inching closer to smashing it's own record. We have 45.5 inches in the same time frame.
Poor Astoria, Or., 84.52 inches and 167 days of rain since Oct 1st!
Thanks for the laugh, Gert 😊
    Surprisingly, Spring comes anyway.
Everywhere we look, we see pink and purple and yellow.

....And the green, tasty grass of spring!
But, we want to know, "Why have we been fenced out of the garden?"
    "Don't you love us anymore?"

    Muddy Paws 5K

Our first 5K fun run walk of the season, was complete with scarves and matching t-shirts!
Lots of photo opportunities at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn, Or.
How do you drive this shoe anyway?
This pic is for Lily and Edward!
Why they call it the Muddy Paws Run!
We got swag bags with stuffies.
Tegan drug her new kitty around the farm.....gotta break this feline in!
Dad and his buddy Mark talking to a lady.
Every guy knows that if you want to talk to ladies, all you need is a cute dog!
Finally....87 hours later, we crossed the finish line in record time.....Bwah-Ha-hardy-har-Har!
Maybe next year we should avoid the beer tent!
